Privacy
You can read complete Xribble drawing lessons without creating an account. This notice explains the information used when you request a printable or sign up for drawing emails.
Printables and drawing emails
When you request a printable, we use the email address you provide to send its download link. Daily drawing emails are a separate choice. The newsletter checkbox starts unchecked, and a new subscription requires confirmation by email.
You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter. Requesting another printable does not automatically subscribe you again. We also keep records of blocked delivery, bounced messages and spam complaints to prevent unwanted or unsuccessful sends.
Information we keep
We store your email address, the printable you requested, request dates, subscription choices and confirmation records. Delivery records include message identifiers and delivery outcomes. These records help us fulfill requests, avoid duplicate messages and honor email choices.
Some message content is stored in encrypted form while delivery is processed. We also use an identifier derived from connection information to limit repeated requests and protect the forms from abuse.
Services that support the site
Hosting, database and file-storage services process the information needed to run Xribble. Resend processes email addresses and message content to deliver our emails. You can read the Resend privacy policy.
Cloudflare Turnstile protects our forms from automated abuse. Cloudflare states that it processes connection and browser signals, including an IP address, to distinguish people from automated traffic. See the Cloudflare Turnstile privacy notice.
The site loads its typeface from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google when it requests those font files.
Cookies and email tracking
Private owner pages use sign-in cookies. You do not need an owner account to read drawing lessons.
Email open tracking is off, so opening our emails does not send an open signal. Email link click tracking is on, so selecting a link in an email can record that click.
Usage analytics
Optional usage analytics are on. The site sends selected anonymous events for page views, lesson views, artwork enlargements, and printable or newsletter requests to PostHog. Each full page load uses a new temporary random in-memory identifier. The site stores no analytics cookie or persistent browser identifier.
Request events include the outcome. Printable requests also include whether the optional newsletter choice was selected. Events exclude email addresses, text entered into forms or searches, visitor IP addresses, or recordings. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals turn off these events. Retained analytics data uses one-year retention.
Keeping your records
Unsubscribing stops future newsletters; it does not automatically erase your email address, subscription history or delivery records. There is no automatic deletion schedule for these records or stored message content.
A limited manual cleanup can clear some older message content. It does not remove email addresses, subscription history, delivery records or existing backup copies.
